ESB enters joint venture for 200MW Stornoway

EDF Renewables UK and Irish utility ESB have formed a joint venture to develop the 200MW Stornoway wind farm in Scotland.

ESB has entered the Lewis Wind Power 50:50 joint venture by taking over Wood’s 50% stake. Lewis Wind Power won planning consent for the 36-turbine project in 2022.
