Invenergy, Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec and funds managed by Blackstone Infrastructure have agreed to buy 1.2GW of wind and 165MW of solar assets from American Electric Power for $1.5bn. The portfolio is made up of 14 assets in 11 states. The deal is due to close by the end of June.
