Prevalon Energy to supply 328MWh battery to Idaho Power

Battery storage company Prevalon Energy LLC, part of Mitsubishi Power Americas, has contracted with Idaho Power for a four-hour 328MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) along with a long-term service agreement.

The service agreement includes maintenance as well as remote monitoring.

The project is expected to be fully operational in 2025.
