Turkish developer Fortis Energy has committed to develop three wind farms totalling 509.4MW in Serbia over the next four years.

The company has announced that it is carrying out feasibility studies on the proposed 194.4MW Gornjak, the 171MW Vranje and the 144MW Juhor projects; and is looking to commission the trio by the end of 2028.

Fortis said the wind farms would supply enough electricity for 750,000 households.
