Corio Generation, SK Ecoplant and TotalEnergies have ordered Vestas turbines for the 504MW Gray Whale 3 project in South Korea.
The companies have ordered Vestas machines through their joint venture company BadaEnergy, which has also picked Hyundai Heavy Industries as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the scheme. Gray Whale 3 is part of the 1.5GW Gray Whale complex.
