Deborah Larkin

Debbie Larkin joined Markel International in June 2023 as a senior claims adjuster and was promoted to Claims Manager, Energy, Liability & Terrorism, in March 2025. She currently leads a team and works closely with underwriters to develop policy wordings and coverage clauses. A solicitor qualified in England & Wales, Debbie spent 15 years in private practice, advising insurers on coverage and indemnity matters and representing clients in mediation, litigation and arbitration. She holds a first-class LLB from the University of Exeter and remains a practising solicitor.
