Deniz Ertan

Deniz joined GoldenPeaks Capital, an IPP focused on renewables in Central and Eastern Europe, in 2023. At GoldenPeaks, she’s responsible for origination, structuring and execution of construction, acquisition and portfolio-level financings for solar PV and battery storage assets. To date she raised over €500+ million from senior banks, private credit funds and major asset managers.

Previously, Deniz spent six years at MUFG Project Finance team in New York and Los Angeles, where she originated and executed over 40 transactions across energy, infrastructure and natural resources across the Americas. Her experience at MUFG spanned across both lending and financial advisory.
