Gemma has worked in the client services and communications industry for over 15 years, in both a B2B and B2C capacity, leading teams to deliver intelligent communications campaigns for big name clients that have tangible value and impact. Having spent over a decade honing her skills within London agencies, Gemma joined Tamarindo at the beginning of 2019.

In her role as Director, Customer Success, Gemma supports our customers and clients tackle challenges, drive growth, keep innovating, spread the word, make valuable connections and get the insight they need by curating the right combination of our products and services and enabling a first-class customer experience.

Away from her desk, Gemma can be found boxing, reading a book or running around after her twin boys.
