Hassen Bali is a renewable energy and storage expert with deep experience in project finance and development. As co-founder of ion Ventures, he has led the firm in advancing renewable generation and electrification schemes across the UK, Europe and Asia since 2018. Prior to this, Hassen held key positions at Lightsource Renewable Energy, Cadence RB Limited, Ventura Climate Capital and Markit focusing on clean technology, environmental market and carbon finance.
