Jonathan Bruce

Jonathan is Deputy Head of HFW’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group, specialising in energy/power and marine insurance. He acts mainly for policyholders and cedents in the energy space. His practice is global, involving Latin America, USA, Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australasia. He acts in coverage disputes involving property and business interruption, liability, and CAR/DSU etc, in both onshore and offshore energy, including in the renewables sector. Jonathan has over 30 years of experience in mediation, arbitration and litigation, and he is ranked/recommended for insurance in Chambers and Legal 500.
