Nicholas Baker has extensive experience handling complex claims across the renewable energy sector, having specialised exclusively in renewable energy for well over a decade. He has significant international experience in investigating, analysing and negotiating high-value, technically challenging claims, as well as conducting pre-risk surveys. 

 In 2025, Nicholas co-founded Green Partners Adjusting, a specialist renewable energy loss adjusting firm, bringing together deep sector expertise with an agile, responsive and technically focused approach to claims handling.
