Peter Allcock joined SMBC in 2008 and has worked in both debt origination and credit. He is currently Sector Lead for Energy Transition within the Structured Finance Department’s Power and Renewable Energy team. Peter has extensive experience across renewable and energy transition sectors, including battery storage, battery gigafactories, and EV charging infrastructure. He has led financing for battery storage projects across EMEA, supporting the development of innovative solutions for the energy transition.
