Tomasz Ściesiek

Tomasz Ściesiek is the Equity and Debt Origination Director at R.Power, a pan-European IPP active across multiple renewable energy technologies and markets. R.Power’s European growth strategy centres on a significant pipeline of advanced, grid-secure battery energy storage (BESS) projects, both standalone and hybrid with solar PV.

At R.Power, Tomasz is responsible for mid- and long-term planning, strategy, and positioning of the R.Power Group. Tomasz also leads on securing financing at the HoldCo level as well as R.Power’s equity process and Green Bond issuances.

Prior to joining R.Power in 2022, he spent over a decade working in capital markets, including the largest Polish mutual fund PKO TFI and BZ WBK Asset Management.
