Jacob Lloyd

Jacob is Managing Director and Head of Specialist Asset and Battery Storage Finance at NatWest. Jacob has vast experience in the BESS space, being one of the first lenders to take significant risk positions when the market started to grow at pace from 2020 onwards. NatWest have acted as lender, advisor, structurer, hedge counterparty and agent across some of the biggest BESS deals executed in the United Kingdom. Jacob’s main responsibility is to act as senior coverage and structurer for customers in the BESS and Asset Finance space as well as setting future lending strategy for the Energy Storage asset class.
