Jo Holt

Jo is a specialist in energy transition projects, with over 25 years’ experience across the sector. She has provided technical due diligence and advice on many high-profile M&A transactions (with a focus in offshore wind and battery storage) including many of the recent multi £-billion projects and platforms.

Jo is a co-founder of international technical consultancy Everoze, which supports developers, investors and policy makers with a range of engineering, commercial, strategic and sustainability advice. Since founding the company in 2015, Everoze has increased its footprint across Europe (Bristol, Glasgow, Paris, Lyon, Madrid, Lisbon, Milan) and Australia (Melbourne, Sydney) and its community to 150+ employees within Everoze and its wider group companies and partnerships (Skyray Engineering, LiveDiligence, Brightwind).

Jo is Chair of the Board for carbon mineralisation company 44.01 and was Non-Executive Director of the DORE investment trust from IPO in 2020 through to take-private in 2025.
